Supporting our village, strengthening our community.
The Shabbington Village Community Trust is a registered charity, formed in 2021 to create and now support the use of our village hall and shared community spaces in Shabbington, North Weston & Peppershill.
Following the successful rebuild of our Hut our focus turns now to these key aims:
- Supporting the use of our new village hall (The Hut) for meetings, classes, events and social activities
- Encouraging community groups, clubs and residents to make the most of the space
- Exploring ways to improve the village further through consultation with villagers.
We still need you
Our Hut build is complete but there is still much fundraising to do.
A government loan was used to help fund the hut build. This needs to be repaid over the next few years.
Furthermore, new furniture and kitchen equipment have been bought to finish the space off in style. Please help us with our ongoing fundraising.

Like to book the Hut?
A new online booking system, HallMaster, has been launched for all Hut bookings. You will need to create an account first, and then create your booking. Payment is taken at the time of booking.
